Embers of the Month {January}

I bought the stickers to make these chemistry crayons for Tempest Mermaid.  I thought they were goofy and geeky.

What I did: lots of walking on greenways and exercising
What I celebrated: New Year's Day, Marmie & Rocker's 25th anniversary (need ideas for gifts?)
What I read: Glaciers and Water for Elephants
What I saw: Pitch Perfect for a girl's night (recommended)
What I ate:  crockpot applesauce
What I made: wood crate shelf (using Canada Dry crates)
What I learned about: bookbinding and book preservation & restoration from an event with The Soleil Bookbindery
What I turned up: Carolina Chocolate Drops (finally found one of their CDs at Ed McKay-- happy dance!)
